Welcome to Lash Couture in Edmond, OKC please read our policies before booking your appointment. It is important that you follow our policies for the best experience on your visit to our spa. Please feel free to call us at 405-589-2494 for additional questions. We are looking forward to your visit at Lash Couture OKC.



2 Person Max per Room: ( All Services including Permanent Makeup & Microblading)

 For purpose of safety, sanitation and legal restraints, LASH COUTURE only allow (1) Trained 

Professional and (1) person receiving the service to be in the treatment room. All visitors must wait in the lobby.


Children & Safety - Due to the nature of our business we suggest that you make alternate arrangements for your children while visiting our spa. Due to legal restraints our staff are unable to mind children.


Avoid Caffeine: ( Esp. Permanent Makeup & Microblading)

  • We ask that you please refrain from consuming caffeine prior to your appointment to avoid eye movement/twitching during your service. Especially Permanent Makeup & Microblading. 

  • Restroom:
  • To avoid an interruption or delay, please use the restroom prior to your service.

Conversation: 

  • We ask that you limit your conversation during your application process as your trained professional is working very close to your eyes and need your eyelids to be relaxed for accurate application. Talking will cause your face to move and your eyes may water which will cause your lashes to not cure correctly. 

Cell Phones:

Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for all Lash Couture, LLC services.  Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the treatment room. We reserve the right to end your service early if you use your cell phone while the treatment is being preform. 


Bookings & Reservation Fees :  ( New Clients & Permanent Makeup & Microblading Clients)

We REQUIRE a valid credit card to be on file at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 

Clients who do not provide a credit card may get bumped at anytime without notice.

*All bookings and reservations are self service. Please click on 24/7 booking now! to schedule your appointment. If you have additonal questions or problems please call or text 405-589-2494.


50% Non-Refundable "Reservation Fee" is due at the time of booking for Permanent Makeup & Microblading. No Exceptions! Your Reservation Fee will be forfeited if you cancel or rebook more than 2 times. 


Permanent Makeup Location: All Permanent Makeup & Microblading procedures are done at  a medical facility located at 9721 S. Pennsylvania Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73155. Please do not go to Lash Couture location. Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not confirm your appointment. No Exceptions!


After Hours Fees:

Clients may reserve appointments before 9am and after 6pm for additional $25.00 per hour in addition to original cost of the service. 


Confirmation Text

All appointments are considered confirmed unless otherwise stated. As a courtesy, our automated booking system will send out a text or email to  confirm your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Please Reply "C" to confirm to avoid any cancellation/ no show fees. If you cannot reach us to cancel your appointment please call and leave us a voicemail before the 24 hours window. This is very important as we are strictly enforcing the cancellations and no show appointments. 

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.



Cancelation, Rescheduling & No- Shows 

  • *We  require a minimum 24 hours notice for changes and cancellations to bookings. Anything after the 24hrs window will be charged to the card that's on file. Clients who violate this rule will need pay up front prior to rebooking. 
  • Less than 24 hours notice will incurs a 50% fee of the total treatment cost.
  • ** PERMANENT MAKEUP & MICROBLADING clients who would like to reschedule their procedure date within 4 weeks of the initial date will  incur a fee of  $25.00 additional to the total amount. 

  • Automatic Reminder: Our online booking system sends out  SMS | EMAIL courtesy reminder 48 hours prior to your arrival time  for your convenience.  If you need to cancel and cannot do so online. Please call the shop 405-589-2494 and leave us a message. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment date & time. 


No Call and No Shows:

No Call and No Show will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount to the valid credit card on file.  If you have not paid for a non-cancelled or late canceled appointment, you will be required to do so before your next appointment. If clients attempt no call/ no show multiple times. Please call and talk to Michelle directly. This policy is strictly enforced and also applies to the gift card, memberships and  certificate holders.


Late Policy:

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of time already given, you will be responsible for the full session. Please note that we have 15 minutes late policy. Arriving 15 minutes after your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly to the services made. As a courtesy and consideration to your lash artist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. 


Payment Method:

We except – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash or Debit Cards are acceptable. 


Gift Certificates:

Gift cards are available for your convenience. All gift certificates have an expiration  from the purchased date. You may use the gift certificate after the expiration date by paying 50% of treatment costs up to 12 months from the date on the gift certificate.


Age Restrictions:

Our minimum age requirement for LASH COUTURE services is 18 years of age. 16 and younger may also receive services, with guardian/parental consent.

Pricing Policy:

All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Existing clients will grandfather into the new pricing.  All product purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds.


Recording & Videotaping:

Due to legal restraint there are absolutely phone recording or videotaping without prior written notice. 


Contacts:

If you wear contacts, please bring a contact case, as contacts should not be worn during the lash application process. Further, we recommend that you wait 12 to 24 hours after your service before wearing your contacts again in order to minimize potential infections or irritation to the eyes.


 New Full Set Eyelash Extension Clients:

  • On your first visit to our spa, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for registration and initial consultation. Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. If at all possible, avoid applying mascara on the day of your appointment. If you do have mascara on, make sure to wash it off thoroughly before your appointment time, and do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes.  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 New Re-Fill Eyelash Extension Clients: 

We cannot guarantee the work of other salons; At LASH COUTURE we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of luxury eyelash extension services, if you already have eyelash extension on from another salon, please book a consultation so we can inspect the quality of your lashes prior to booking our re-fill. If the lashes were applied incorrectly and need to be removed, the removal fee is $50. You can use the $50 removal toward a brand new full set of your choice. This is to ensure that the quality each client receives is of LASH COUTURE standard and that everyone leaves with a uniform look. 


Returning Re-Fill Eyelash Extension Clients:

Do not use waterproof mascara or eyeliner while wearing extension, this will result in premature fallout.There is a $15 fee if our technician has to remove waterproof mascara, and it may cut into your session time.

Return visits to our spa, we ask that you arrive least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Please arrive with CLEAN lashes free of mascara and eye makeup on the day of your Re-Fill. If you are wearing eye makeup your eyelash technician will spend your fill time to removing your eye makeup and you will not get as many lashes on.

New Client & Existing Eyelash Extension Removal:


New Client: Eyelash removal for new clients is $50. This includes the full removal and cleaning of the lashes. Lash removal for new clients transferring from another lash stylist. Receive a $50 credit towards a new application of a full set of your choice. 


Existing Client: Eyelash removal for existing clients is $15. This includes the full removal and a deep cleaning of the lashes. 


New Client Eyelash Extensions Consultation Fee is $25 

Eyelash consultation for new clients are $25 ( 15-30 mins). Consultation are informational only. A patch test may be preform on the same day as the consultation for clients who are  sensitive to adhesive. Client who book a full set will receive a $25 credit towards their initial eyelash extension appointment. 


Eyelash Extension Full set and  Re-Fill Services:

If at any time you have less than 10 extensions per eye, the purchase of a full set will be required. If it has been more than one month since your last appointment, the purchase of a full set will be required regardless of how many lash extensions you have remaining—lash extensions need professional grooming by a qualified technician at least once per month in order to be in maintained in proper condition so that a refill can be applied successfully.

Your natural lashes shed on a regular basis. To maintain the look of your full set, eyelash refill are recommended every two weeks. Our technicians can only work with whatever time has been booked. If it has been more than two weeks since your last visit, we recommend that you book the next level up. For example, if you normally get a Partial-Fill and you need to book 3 weeks out, it is best to book the next level up Full Fill or Mega Fill to allow your technician enough time to catch you up.


Eyelash and Brow Tinting Services:

Please arrive with clean eyelashes and eyebrow on the day of your scheduled appointment.  For best results stop using oil based eyebrow pencil and waterproof mascara 1 day before your appointment. If you like your eyebrow darker than usual because you tan please advise your licensed technician so she can mix your color accordingly. Tips to remember your colors will fade according to your lash and brow shed cycle. It is recommended you get them redone every 3-4 weeks depending on how well you take care of them.


Waxing Services: 

Please do not trim, tweeze or plug your lips and eyebrow hair 5 days before your appointment, if you do the hair will be too short for the wax to grip. After your waxing appointment please do not touch your lips and eyebrow with your bare hands. It will cause you to break out. Always remember to clean your makeup brushes after each use to avoid breakouts with baby shampoo and spray it with alcohol.


Keratin Lash Lift and Tint Services:

Please remove all eye makeup with non-oil based remover the day prior to your appointment. For best results do not use waterproof mascara or manually curl your lashes 5 days prior to keratin lash lift/ tint treatment. Absolutely no eye makeup on the day of your appointment. All clients must fill out paperwork before starting treatment. It is recommended clients wash their hair prior to their appointment because you cannot get your hair wet for 24 hours. If you get your hair wet before 24 hours your lift will not set correctly and it will fall and criss cross. Please visit Pre/ Post section for more info.


HydraFacial MD Services:

For best results please follow these instructions before booking your appointment

1. Discontinue use of Isotretinoin for 6 months ( Sotret, Claravis, Amnesteem and Accutane). 

2. Discontinue use of topical prescriptive medications for 48hrs. (Retain-A, Tazorac, Dierin, EpiDuo, Ziana)

3. Refrain from any types of exfoliation treatment (s) (glycolic, enzymes) totheareaof treatment for 48 hrs.

4. Refrain from any Medium/ Deep chemical resurfacing and laser treatment for 1 month.

5. Refrain from waxing and use of depilatories for 48hrs.

6. Discontinue use of OTC acne medications ( Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic) for 48hrs.

7. If you are prone to cold sores, Hydrafacial may cause breakouts; ask your doctor for a prophylactic treatment such as Valtrex. Please use medication 2 days before your treatment and 2 days after your treatment.

8. Avoid sun tanning, spray tanning, and tanning creams for at least 72 hours after your treatment.

9. Post injection ( Dysport, Juvederm) wait at least 2 weeks. Botox at least 5 days.

10. For Gentlemen's Hydafacial treatment shaving is not recommended on the day of treatment. If you choose to shave, please shave at least 3-4 prior to your treatment.

11. On the day of your appointment, a full consultation will be provided. If you have any special health considerations, allergies etc.... please be sure to notify us when you make your appointment. However, feel free to contact us at 405-589-2494 with your concerns if in doubt about whether you are a candidate for this. 


New Permanent Makeup/ Microblading Clients: 

If you are new to Lash Couture Permanent Makeup, Microblading & Skincare, we require a consultation prior to booking a procedure. Consultation are $50 and it is informational only. You can ask as many questions as you want for Microblading, Eyeliner, and Lips on the same day for the price of $50. If you are considered to be the  right candidate for the selected procedures you will recieve  $50 towards your Permanent Makeup or Microblading services. Please understand that we will require all new clients to send us a clear photo with your makeup on so we can be prepared for your consultation day. If you are coming for a Touch- Up Corrections that was NOT done by Michelle Campbell please notified our staff before booking a consultation. Correction work will take more time and fees will vary from person to person. You can discuss this at your consultation.

 

Permanent Makeup or Microblading Clients:

**Topical anesthetic - All procedures include topical anesthetic unless otherwise stated.

**Local anesthetic $50 Available for eyeliner or lip procedures and will make the procedure area 100% numb instantly.( Must request in advance) 

** All bookings and fees are done directly through Lash Couture. 

**Our Medical Director is not responsible for any bookings or fees so please only call 405-589-2494 for more questions.


 Permanent Makeup & Mircoblading  Touch- Up (Existing Clients)

4 prior your appointment that includes specific details of what you may want to change or add so Michelle can plan your procedures accordingly.  This need to be in writing as Michelle Campbell cannot answer her phone during procedures times. Please Note: Initial touch up is required 4 weeks after the initial procedure was performed for the color to stick  evenly. If you book after 6 weeks then there will be a different price.

BEFORE Permanent Makeup/ Microblading Procedures:

  • *Do not drink coffee, alcohol or energizing drinks on the day of treatment.  
  • *Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before treatment.
  • *Do not take omega3 (fish oil) 1 week before treatment.
  • *Do not tan or have intense sun exposure 3 days before treatment.
  • *No waxing 2-3 days before treatment.
  • *No chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser or any other intense treatments 2 weeks before treatment
  • *Eat a well balance meal with good protein and carbohydrate 30 mins before your procedures.
  • * Drink plenty of water the night before 
  • *Get some good rest so your body doesn't go into panic/ anxiety mode so you can have the best results.
  • *Set your alarm for your aftercare so you can have the best results possible.
  • *Wash your hair good before your procedure as you cannot get your hair wet for 2 days. This is to prevent bacteria getting into your freshly done brows, lips, and eyes.  
  • * Book a driver if you're getting eyeliner done just in case you're worried. 
  • *Bring extra water in your car and a little snack just in case you get lightheaded.
  • * If you do not follow the pre- procedure instructions Michelle will send you home and your deposit will be forfeited. 

What can I expect during Permanent Makeup / Microblading services?

Here’s a quick rundown of a typical service provided by Michelle Campbell:

  1. First, the artist will need to do a patch test on the skin at least 24 hours before the procedure. Make sure to call and book a 15-minute consultation prior to!
  2. Before the appointment begins, Michelle will provide a thorough final consultation to discuss expectations and results of the treatment.
  3. Michelle will then draw on the eyebrow shape according to the facial shape with a caliper measuring tool. Brow are measured perfectly to compliment your unique face shape and size.
  4. Next, the client and Michelle agree on the perfect pigment color.
  5. Initial strokes are placed, then anesthetic is applied to reduce any discomfort. 
  6. The pigment is worked into each stroke to define the brow. 
  7. After, a pigment mask is left to absorb into the skin.
  8. Once that’s finished, Michelle cleans the area thoroughly. 
  9. After the service, Michelle will apply medical silicone that will remain on the skin for 12-24 hours.

What can I expect during Permanent Makeup / Microblading services?

Here’s a quick rundown of a typical service provided by Michelle Campbell:

  1. First, Michelle will measure and outline your perfect eyebrows, eyeliner, or lips according to the golden measurements. 
  2. Before Photos are taken after the outline and are added into the
  3. Before the appointment begins, Michelle will provide a thorough consultation to discuss expectations and results of the treatment.
    1. Next, Michelle will measure and outline your perfect eyebrows, eyeliner, or lips according to the golden measurements with a caliper measuring tool.
  4. Brow, Eyeliner and Lips are measured perfectly to compliment your unique face shape and size. 
  5. Next, the client and Michelle agree on the perfect pigment color. 
  6. Eyeliner and Lips anesthetics are applied to reduce any discomfort.
  7. Eyebrow initial strokes are placed, then anesthetic is applied to reduce any discomfort. 
  8. The pigment is worked into each stroke to define the brow for Microblading. 
  9. Eyeliner and Lips are done with a micropigmentation machine.
  10. After, a pigment mask is left to absorb into the skin.
  11. Michelle cleanses the area thoroughly with medical grade antibacterial soap.
  12. Michelle will apply medical silicone that will remain on the skin for 12-24 hours.                      

AFTER Permanent Makeup/ Microblading Procedures:

Make sure to avoid ALL of the following:

  • -Increased sweating, practicing sports, swimming, hot sauna, hot bath or jacuzzi, sun tanning or salon tanning.
  • -Any laser or chemical treatments or peelings, and/or any creams containing Retin-A or Glycol Acid on the face or neck.
  • -Picking, peeling or scratching of the micro-pigmented area in order to avoid scarring of the area or removal of the pigment.
  • -Performing tasks related to heavy household cleaning such as garage or basement cleaning where there is a lot of airborne debris.
  • -Drinking alcohol in excess as it may lead to slow healing of wounds.
  • -Driving in open air vehicles such as convertibles, boats, bicycles or motorcycles.
  • -Touching on the eyebrow area except for when rinsing and applying the post-care cream with a cotton swab.
  • -Before showering apply a layer of post-care cream to protect your eyebrows from moisture. During the shower keep your face away from the showerhead. Itching and flaking may appear during the first seven days post microblading procedure, However, experience has shown that by following these aftercare instructions these symptoms may quickly disappear.
  • -Once completely healed, always apply a layer of sunscreen SPF 30 on your eyebrows when exposed to the sun. Sun exposure might cause the color pigment to fade away more quickly.
